Thank you for choosing to buy your new car from RS Direct Specialist Cars, here we’ve listed all the options available prior to you collecting your new car.
Bank Transfer: This is our preferred method as its fast easy and secure it also elevates wasted journeys to cards being declined by issuing banks, most banks now operate under the faster scheme payment meaning the funds will hit our account within minutes, payment must be sent 24 hours prior to collection and cleared with the sales office before coming to collect the car, below is our banking details and please always use the Registration of the vehicle you are buying as the reference

Debit Cards: Sadly we no longer take this form of payment, this is because we are now charged a percentage of the transaction.
Finance: If you're purchasing your new vehicle using our finance facilities this is a fairly straight forward process but you must bring Both parts of your current driving license and this must be at your current address if it's not please inform us before travelling.
Cash: We don't accept cash payments, sorry.
Credit Card: We don't accept credit card payments, sorry.
Cheque’s & Bankers Drafts: We can take Cheques or Bankers Draft prior to collection but this has to be allowed to clear before the title of the vehicle will pass to the new owner and any keys will be released.
2. Collection Process
Times: Collections are available between the hours of 9.30am-12.30pm & 2.00pm-5.00pm Monday to Friday we try to discourage collections on Saturdays as this is a very busy period for sales and can mean there may be a delay in collecting your new car, if this is the only time you can collect please arrange this with the sales representative.
Paperwork: When collecting your new car please check and satisfy yourself that you have all supporting documentation and paperwork, V5 registration documents must be completed and once sent away will take around 3-4 weeks before coming back to you with your details on.
Part Exchange: If your part exchanging your car please bring all supporting paperwork including V5 registration document spare keys service book and any other receipts or paperwork that may help us sell the vehicle.
Terms and Conditions
The deposit is non-refundable and we agree to remove the vehicle from sale in order to prepare it for delivery. The outstanding balance must be paid within seven days and if you fail to do so we are entitled to keep the deposit and sell the vehicle to someone else.
“Please note that we do not operate an organised distance selling scheme as defined by The Consumer Contracts (Cancellation, Information and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Therefore, if you choose not to view your vehicle at our premises prior to purchase, you will not be entitled to cancel your order under a 14 day cancellation period. All other statutory rights remain unaffected.”
All refunds must be agreed. We reserve the right to charge for collection of your vehicle at a rate of £100 if you do not return the vehicle at our request. If you seek to return the vehicle within 30 days you must demonstrate a fault or return the vehicle for an inspection at your cost. Any usage will be charged at 45 pence per mile over 1000 miles or at a reasonable rate and you will also be liable for any damage caused which will also be deductible from any refund that is agreed.
We the dealer with best endeavours carries out all pre-delivery history checks on all our vehicles. I understand and have been made aware that where a previous registered keeper of the vehicle subject to this sales contract is a business or body corporate we confirm that the vehicle has been used for business purposes and may have been part of a fleet of vehicles or ex-rental. Under these circumstances, this vehicle may have had multiple users. We have taken all reasonable precautions and exercised all due diligence to verify the mileage which may be incorrect.
